Please know that we may ask you to Facetime with us, showing us your home and family life. This is one of the best ways for us to get to know you if we cannot physically meet you at your home.

While we focus on helping match puppy with family according to personality traits of both, we also take into consideration if you have a color preference. Do you have a certain color you prefer? Just keep in mind, we do not guarantee any color to be available

Please tell us about the humans living in your home and give ages:

Would you say your homes activity level is High, Moderate, or Low? Please tell us about a normal day in your home. Things we are looking at in your answer: how active you are, after work/school activities, favorite pastime, etc.

Do you have a temperament tendency you'd like in a puppy (independent, dominant, dependent)? Please explain, or you can say you'd like us to help determine this when choosing your puppy.

Are you wanting a puppy for a specific reason (competition, hunting, therapy, service, etc)? If service, please give us your trainer's contact info. If you don't have one yet, just let us know.

Why do you want a Standard Poodle opposed to another breed?

Who will be primarily responsible for the puppy? Who will train the puppy?

Are you planning to take your puppy to a formal obedience training class? Which trainer are you planning on working with (please give contact info)?

Are you planning on altering (spaying/neutering) your puppy or not? Our sale agreement requires our puppies to be altered by a year old. Do you have any issue with such? We do, very rarely, offer full breeding rights but it must be discussed.

What type of exercise are you planning for your puppy?

Please explain what you see for your puppy's normal daily routine: where will it sleep, play, stay during the day if no one is home, etc:

How will your puppy be cared for when you are out of town?

We encourage puppy pick up in person, but understand it is not always feasible. How do you intend to pick up your puppy when he/she is ready?

Are you willing to stay in contact with us throughout your puppy’s life concerning training, personality development, any health problems, and especially by sharing photos and updates? Are you willing to offer the dog back to the breeder if at any point you can no longer care for him/her?
